At Mahan Air we have the goal to rank as a leader among the airlines in the region through human resource developments, investment in service training for cabin attendants, ongoing training for management staff and our pilots and technical crew. The entire 750 strong Mahan Air families are trying hard to improve quality standards of our products. Our state of the art training center in Kerman is equipped with the latest training tools including a six-axis A300-B4 simulator which is busy around the clock training Mahan Air pilots as well as pilots from other airlines around the world. The training center offers long and short duration courses throughout the year. Long courses up to 8 weeks such as A300/A310 ground courses are offered twice or three times per year. All staff who are directly involved with operation of the aircraft must be properly licensed and participate in refresher courses annually.

More than 1000 people of Mahan Air are now setting new standards of service excellence in the industry.
We have been very active in developing ground training courses for A-300, TU-154 cabin and cockpit crews using the latest Computer Based Training (CBT) system available for the three mentioned aircraft types.Many flight crews from other Iranian airlines have undergone training in Mahan Training Center during the past two years.Our A-300 Modern Flight Simulator in Kerman is busy seven days a week, 365 days of the year training Mahan and other flight crews of airlines in the region.
