Training department in Aseman is
responsible for upgrading of knowledge and training of staff, aiming at
safety level increase, optimizing of existing facilities in point of
quality and quantity views and utilization of more resources.
At present, the structural training department includes four separate
sections under management of training and human sources. They are as
follows:
Operation training
Technical training
Commercial training
General training
In general, the duty of each section is to upgrade the knowledge of
staff.
In operation training unit, the training through establishing
theoretical courses including aircraft familiarization and type rating
are accomplished by using in-house instructors and practical training
(simulator) in foreign countries.
In technical training unit the policy is to use the in-house resources
and existing facilities to complete courses.
In commercial and public training, IAA gets benefit from external and
internal sources. The IAA training unit establishes various plans to
upgrade their staff such as fresh and familiarization courses in new
aviation technology and upgrading the knowledge and planning in line
with obtaining international certificates and upgrading the knowledge of
instructors resulting in quality and quantity in training department.
