The most important achievement of Aseman
Operation Department is to comply with international standard and
upgrading the safety co-efficient and to improve existing condition of
its flights.
Aseman Operations Department makes the best efforts to achieve the
following:
· Amendment and codification of structural operation from the routine
form into systematic form based on Aviation world standards.
· Codification and determination of policy in order to achieve the ideal
status.
· Training of subordinate's staff based on aforesaid amendment and
application of training rules and regulations in accordance with C.A.O
of Iran.
· Cooperation and participation in national level with G.A.O and
aviation companies in order to achieve the determined objectives.
· To render various consultation services for optimization and renewing
and purchasing of new technology in line with company's objective and
macro policies of aviation industry.
· Optimization of fuel management in long distance flight.
· Preparation for the establishment of necessary training, in connection
with changes and future aircraft purchase of the company.
